Dear Tyler’s Automotive Customers,
As we continue to navigate through the unique challenges posed by influenza season, COVID-19, and other health situations, we would like to share an update on how we plan to proceed with customer service. The safety and health of our community—customers and staff alike—continues to be our number one priority.

With social distancing in mind, to protect you, employees and their families, effective Tuesday, March 17th we will be conducting all business electronically. Tyler’s Automotive will remain open but will communicate via phone, email and text only. To schedule service, call or use the website:

  • Vehicles being dropped off will need to use the night drop envelopes. Email or call us when you arrive with your vehicle.
  • A Service Advisor will contact you via phone and text for approval of work.
  • After service, your vehicle will be disinfected and be parked at the front of the building for return.
  • Payment will be accepted via phone – credit card.
  • Please specify how you would like your keys returned after service has been completed.
  • Until further notice our shuttle service has been discontinued for the safety of our guests and teammates. New temporary hours of operation are 8:00am to 5:00pm.

We will continue to evaluate the situation weekly and provide updates accordingly.

Given that this situation is complex and evolving, it is our intention to re-engage services as soon as we can. We will keep close tabs on this evolving situation so that we can be prepared to reopen for all auto care needs in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines.
